• "Client," "You," and "Your" refers to you, the person using this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
• "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," "Our," and "Us" refers to Vacations by Rosita.
• "Party," "Parties," or "Us" refers to both the Client and ourselves.

Unless otherwise stated, Vacations by Rosita and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Vacations by Rosita. All intellectual property rights are reserved. • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policies.
• Refunds will be processed according to our refund policies outlined at the time of booking.

In no event shall Vacations by Rosita, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan/US and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.

General Trip & Registration Information:

• Group Booking Requirement: To participate in any planned activities, you must book your trip with the group through our agency.
• Availability & Pricing: Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We highly recommend registering as soon as possible to secure the best price and availability. Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
• Registration Details: This form is for booking a single room. If you require multiple rooms, please submit a separate form for each room.  Visit my website to complete the booking registration form at www.vbrtravel.com . Create an account and password.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips. If you're interested, please indicate this during registration, and we’ll follow up to confirm your policy.
• A parent is required to travel with each student, regardless of student age. This is not a chaperoned trip. All Parent Chaperones must also book via JCV Travel. 
• Check-In Requirements at Majestic Resorts: An 18-year-old must be present in each room at check-in. A credit card deposit is required for all rooms. Parents must attend and check in alongside their children. All transfers will be arranged to/from the airport to/from Majestic Resort.
• Room Requests: You may request one king bed or two double beds during booking. However, bedding is assigned by the hotel upon check-in and is subject to availability.

Spring Break Policy:

EACH AND EVERY GUEST 16-23 YEARS OF AGE (student/youth) will be required to sign a responsibility letter agreeing to leave the hotel if any disruption occurs (regardless of parent/chaperone). Chaperone is required to sign the responsibility letter. Liability Deposit: Every guest between 16 and 23 years old must leave a credit card voucher or cash deposit per person to be returned at check - out, if applicable. Chaperone or parent is required for EVERY minor guest between 16 and 17 years, the Chaperone or parent responsible for the minor must leave a credit card voucher or cash deposit of $500 to be returned at check-out, if applicable. This policy is mandatory. *Cash, personal credit card, or parent’s credit card IF the parent is in the same room and hotel. ***Credit cards issued to others than guests (i.e. parents, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Punta Cana***

The adult/legal drinking age in Dominican Republic , Punta Cana  is 18. Underage drinking and providing alcohol to minors is punished by the law. Teenagers under 18 will be given a different color wristband to easily identify them and may be asked to present a valid ID at any time. All guests are required to wear wristbands. A lost wristband is $150usd. No exceptions. There is absolutely no exchanging of wristbands between any guests. If such does occur the involved guests will be asked to immediately leave the hotel due to the disturbance this may cause for all involved, as well as Majestic Resorts´. No exceptions.

You will be legally and financially responsible for all damages and disruptions caused to the property, for this reason please act in a responsible way. Only guests registered in a room are allowed to be in it at any time: this means no visitors or parties. Bringing alcohol into the resort or taking it out of is not allowed. The Majestic Resorts can and will suspend services to guests, at their own expense, who perform or conduct improper, offensive and/or unacceptable behavior and/or are a danger to others and/or themselves, under the resort management opinion.

Any hotel guests under the age of 18 years will require a chaperone. A chaperone is defined as someone over the age of 18 years and responsible for the other occupants of the room they reside in. The Chaperone is deemed responsible for disruptive actions by youth (s), including and not limited to losing their entire room deposit. The chaperone is required to sign the responsibility letter in conjunction with all occupants of the room they are responsible for.

NOTE: There is a Zero Tolerance Policy at the Majestic Colonial Resort

Tour Inclusions:

• All Inclusive Accommodations at Majestic Colonial Resort  (Junior Suite is standard room)
• Roundtrip shared airport transfers from Punta Cana Airport to Majestic Colonial Resort 
• White Party (exclusive for JCV Travel clients only if group meets minimum participation requirements)
• Access to optional catamaran cruise for group (additional cost will apply , approximately $105 per person)
• All taxes 

Excluded from package:

• Airfare
• Trip incidentals (additional tours, purchases on site, etc)
• Travel Insurance
•  Environmental Tax (approx. $1 per room per night paid to resort)-subject to change if applicable

Land Only Payment Information:

• Deposit: $50 per person due to confirm -- non refundable deposit
• Final payment: Final payment is due Jan 15, 2026
• You may make your deposit payments at using my online portal at: www.vbrtravel.com

Land only cancellation policy:

• Cancel before Jan 15, 2026 and only lose the deposit. Deposit is non refundable in any case of cancellation. 
• Cancel on or after Jan 15, you will be under full penalties per the tour operators cancellation policy
• Note: We strongly encourage all customers to purchase travel insurance for protection on their vacation investment.  

Insurance info:

• We strongly advise all our customers to consider travel insurance.
• Most policies exclude pandemics.
• Insurance must be purchased on the same date that deposit is applied. 
• JCV Travel has partnered with Allianz to offer the following insurance plan:
  • Classic Plan with Cancel Any Time and receive your refund back in a voucher from from Delta Vacations.
  • Plus Plan - Cancel for any reason insurance and receive your refund back to your initial form of payment.

Passport reminder: 

You must have a valid passport for travel to the Caribbean. We do recommend at least 6 months of validity from your return date to the US. If you need to apply for a passport, or need to renew your passport, we strongly advise that you do so with much advance notice as the passport offices are backlogged. We advise that you apply at least 6 months prior to travel. Passport cards, enhanced ID's and birth certificates are not acceptable for international air travel.
